The apartment is located in a Gründerzeit-era building, the Villa Medici, in a very quiet yet central location about 50 m from the beach and very close to the pier.
The 2-room, non-smoking holiday apartment (60 m²) is on the 1st floor.
All the furniture is high-quality and features a modern design.
The combined living room and bedroom features a double sleeper sofa with a matching two-seater sofa, a coffee table, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a mini hi-fi system. Through a side window in the living room and from the balcony leading off it, you have a side view of the sea between the houses and enjoy sun until noon. A table with 4 chairs and a shelving unit make up the dining area. A small selection of books is available for your use. The kitchen area, which is visually separated from the living room, includes, among other things, an oven, a 4-burner glass-ceramic stove, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an electric bread slicer, a refrigerator, and plenty of dishes. The separate bedroom has a double bed (dimensions: 1.80 x 2.00 m) with a split mattress, a large wardrobe, two nightstands, and matching lamps.
The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, shower, toilet, ventilation (since there is no window), and an urinal. Underfloor heating ensures a cosy warmth in the bathroom. Tiles were chosen for the floors in the kitchen area and the bathroom, while the rest of the apartment features light-colored hardwood flooring with a few carpet runners. There is a coat closet in the entryway. Upon request by phone to the property manager, a high chair can be provided. The apartment includes a free parking space on the property.
