Villa Momare is located in a quiet part of Medulin, close to the turquoise blue Adriatic Sea. This area is known for beautiful sandy beaches, so you will be delighted that the nearest beach can be reached on foot. The interior is truly a sight to behold, as every inch of the villa has been furnished with love and care. The villa is modern and fully equipped to make your vacation even more enjoyable. The villa consists of a modern living area, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa has 3 luxurious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The outdoor area features an inviting pool and high-quality sun loungers where you can enjoy the warm Istrian sun. Just a few steps away is a covered and well-equipped summer kitchen with a gas barbecue. This is the perfect place for a relaxed family gathering. While you enjoy the company of your friends invited to dinner, your children can play on the swings in the garden. The villa is the perfect choice for families and groups of friends.

Younger groups (younger than 25 years) are not allowed in Villa Momare.Villa Momare is located in the heart of Medulin, in well-known tourist center of Istria. Many attractive amenities are only a short drive away, such as the Roman Amphitheater, the Brijuni Islands National Park (with a unique golf course), many cultural and tourist attractions. The nearest beaches are only 1500 m away from the house and Cape Kamenjak is not to be missed if you like untouched nature with wild beaches and beautiful surroundings. Medulin is well known for windsurfing.

Die Bauqualität und die Einrichtung waren überdurchschnittlich weitaus besser als alle Häuser die wir bisher in Istrien gemietet hatten. Weiters waren der Garten und der Pool sehr gepflegt und ansprechend. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits und hat keine angrenzenden bebauten Grundstücke, daher bietet es viel Privatsphäre und es ist sehr ruhig wiewohl die Anbindung zur Strasse nur wenige hundert Meter beträgt.

Sehr exklusives Haus, bei dem alles sehr einfach zu erreichen ist, auf Grund der Bauweise auf einer Ebene. Pool, Liege und Sitzmöglichkeiten sehr gut, die Außenküche ist etwas einfach gehalten, für gute Grillergebnisse reicht dies aber allemal. Vom Haus aus, sind Fußseitig einige Unternehmungen wie Pony Ranch oder auch Restaurants gut zu erreichen. Selbst bis in den Hafen von Medulin sind es ca. 15-20 Minuten.Die Anlage in eingezäunt und per Tor abgeschlossen, ein sehr schönes Grundstück mit reichlich Platz für die ganze Familie.
