The Dünenrose 58 is a 2-room holiday apartment (approx. 60 square metres) on the 2nd floor in a quiet location, featuring a private bedroom (TV). The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 and is situated in a very quiet area (no through traffic) and very close to the beach (Nordstrand). On the two southeast-facing balconies, you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun while taking in a great view of the Norderney Cape. The living room features a chaise longue, two armchairs, and an XL TV; the bedroom has a double bed, two wall sconces by the bed, a large closet, and its own TV. In a small dining area, there is a table for 2 people (extendable to seat 4) with comfortable rocking chairs. Both rooms have their own balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with every convenience (4 ceramic burners, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, waffle iron, blender, etc.) and a skylight. The white, naturally lit bathroom features an open shower, sink, and toilet. The apartment complex is very well maintained (with its own building superintendent). Guests have access to a swimming pool and a coin-operated sauna in the building.

In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach NEY’s city centre area, as well as the popular beach promenade with its inviting cafés & restaurants.
