Welcome to The High Life, our upscale mountain home, offering total privacy with no visible neighbors. This long-time 'guest favorite' property is located just 20 minutes from charming downtown Jasper and Amicalola Falls (the tallest falls in the Southeast). This beautiful, modern, mountain chalet sits at approximately 3000 ft elevation, with paved road access all the way to the front door! Both CLOSE UP and long-range mountain views are simply unbelievable!

Everyone wants to live the High Life! This beautiful mountain home has so much to offer...from the stunning views, to the hot tub sunsets, the spacious open floor plan, to the comfortable bedrooms, you will thoroughly enjoy the peace and privacy this home offers.

This wheelchair-accessible home FEATURES A RAMP and 3' wide doorways for easy entry. Lots of parking too, with a concrete driveway that comes straight to the front door.

We also have a 220 outlet available for EV charging-just bring your own cable.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Garbage must be securely bagged and placed in the wildlife-proof box near the garage. Any recycling can be left under the sink or bagged and set near the front door inside.
Please start the dishwasher before you leave. Also start a load of the dirty towels. Please make sure the hot tub cover and grill covers are securely fastened and in place.
Please also let us know if anything is broken or missing so we can ensure it is fixed or replaced for the next guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We are so glad you have chosen to stay with us! We ask that you treat our home and our neighbors as you would your own. No smoking at all of anything.
We've seen A LOT of bears lately, so don't leave any food in your vehicles or on the porch. Always place your bagged trash in the bin and secure it.
The hot tub is a 5 person tub so please respect the number of occupants and don't have more than 5 people in the tub at one time.

Superb stay! All of our extended family had rave reviews for this luxurious home - from ages 11 to 72! From active games to relaxing long range views, there was something to please everyone. Very responsive helpful host. Highly recommended for your next stay in the North Georgia mountains!

I've stayed in many vacation rentals, and always admired how comfortable the hosts made me feel in their properties. That inspired me to become a host, with my goal of making my property as comfortable as possible for my guests.

What makes this property unique

The astonishing view is one of the most stand out features of this property. You are at such a high vantage point, it is almost like you are looking down on the mountain range. And to get to this amazing elevation, all of the roads are paved and easy to travel, right to the front door!
