The Capitello Residence, newly built in 2013, is centrally located in Binz, right next to the Binz Spa Park. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach in Binz Bay is just a few minutes’ walk from your holiday apartment. The pedestrian zone, with its shopping street and numerous restaurants and cafés, is also within easy walking distance.

You can expect bright and attractively furnished 2- to 3-room holiday apartments with well-equipped kitchens, a comfortable living atmosphere, and spacious, covered balconies. A parking space at the building, as well as a washing machine and dryer, are also available.

A lift is available in the Capitello Residence, providing you with convenient access to your apartment.

During the summer season, a beach chair is available to you free of charge on Binz’s Baltic Sea beach. It is located near beach access point 45 at the Müther Tower. Please note that the beach chair is not located on a dog-friendly beach.

Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.

This 3-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor and features a south-facing balcony with a view of the Binzer Granitz.
This apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests.




 
Look forward to a stylishly furnished holiday apartment for up to four people with approximately 60 m² of living space, located on the second floor of the Capitello Residence.

The spacious living area, featuring a cosy dining nook and comfortable sofa set, invites you to unwind—whether with a glass of wine, a fun game night, or simply relaxing after an eventful day. Entertainment is provided by a modern HD TV, a stereo system, and free Wi-Fi. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny south-facing balcony with a view of the idyllic Granitz Forest—a wonderful spot for breakfast or a quick break in between.

The open, fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic-glass stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and other kitchen accessories—everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

Each of the two bedrooms features a comfortable double bed and a spacious closet, so you can feel right at home even while on holiday.

The tastefully tiled bathroom features a shower, a hair dryer, and underfloor heating, which—as in all rooms—provides cosy warmth.

Thanks to the lift in the residence, you can reach your holiday home conveniently and with easy access. A private parking space directly behind the house is, of course, available to you free of charge.

During the summer season, a beach chair is available to you free of charge on the beach (exits 4–5 at the Müther Tower—NOT a dog-friendly beach).



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
