This beautiful holiday home is located in a small residential area in Pollença Bay, near the beach on the outskirts of the already well-known and beautiful town of Alcudia.
The outdoor area offers a private pool measuring 10m x 4m with the option to heat the water for a small additional cost, ideal for enjoying it in all seasons of the year. Around the pool there are several areas: a sunbed area for sunbathing, a grass area, a barbecue zone with table and chairs in the shade, and a porch at the entrance to the house, also carefully furnished by the owner. Additionally, the rooftop offers another area where you can also sunbathe with more privacy and without anyone disturbing you.
In the house you will find a dining room with lots of light and a very comfortable sofa, an independent fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower.
All rooms in the house have air conditioning and heating as well as wifi connection.
The location of the house is ideal for enjoying the tranquility of the area and the proximity to the town, full of good restaurants, weekly markets, and stores with very good local products.

Ideal para una familia
Mi familia y yo hemos pasado una vacaciones únicas. Estuvimos todo el día en la piscina refrescándonos y descansando. Además hay una mesa en la terraza en la que hacíamos todas las comidas porque era muy tranquilo. Y la casa nos encantó porque está totalmente equipada, muy cómodo y nuestros hijos disfrutaron mucho.
Queremos volver en nuestras próximas vacaciones.
