The apartment is the top floor of a house with 2 apartments below and has its own driveway and entrance. The house is embedded in a small village with about 20 houses, the view to the front is completely unobstructed.
The apartment is about 70 square meters and consists of a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. The highlight is the impressive view of the hills and the sea, especially from the terrace. The terrace extends around the house, so that you also have a view and terrace access from the large bedroom.
The apartment is very well equipped: dishwasher, washing machine and satellite TV are available. There is an air condition in the larger bedroom. All windows and doors have fixed, individually adjustable and lockable external blinds. There is a parking space in the outside area. There is an additional outdoor shower.
The apartment is suitable for a relaxing holiday in Sardinian ambience. There are no tourists in the village. You are in town (Budoni) and on the beach within 8 minutes, but you can retreat to the green oasis at any time. In summer, the slightly higher location with the often light wind is more pleasant than the direct proximity to the beach.

posto tranquillo e incantevole con vista mozzafiato, appartamento molto grande e ben arredato, con un bellissimo terrazzo dove cenare e far colazione. consigliatissimo

Sehr freundliche und jederzeit erreichbare Vermieterin

Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt bei Ihnen. Unser Urlaub startete unschön, da unser Flug gestrichen wurde und wir alles umbuchen mussten. Die Vermieterin war sehr flexibel, zuvorkommend und machte für uns alles möglich, dass es doch ein schöner Urlaub wurde. Die Fewo ist sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Einziger kleiner Abzug, der aber nicht in die Bewertung einfließt, weil alles andere überwiegt: Die eigentlich ruhige Lage wurde durch sehr laute Nachbarn einschließlich vieler, bellender Hunde etwas gemindert. Viele liebe Grüße und nochmals ein großes Dankeschön

La casa ha una vista magnifica. Inoltre ha tutto il necessario detersivi, sale olio, lenzuola, asciugamani .. insomma non manca nulla! Non è lontana da Budoni ( 8 minuti ) ma l'ultimo pezzetto è sicuramente un pò impervio , per guidatori esperti anche per parcheggiare. L'host è stato gentilissimo. Essendo in collina il clima alla sera è fantastico.

Fernab vom Trubel

In den Hügel nahe Budoni ist man fernab des touristischen Rummels und erreicht doch schnell viele sehr schöne Strände und Orte. Das Haus ist perfekt als ruhiger, gut ausgestatteter Standort für den Urlaub. Den einen Stern Abzug gibt es nur wegen der doch sehr lauten Hunde nebenan, die bis weit in die Nacht beharrlich bellen und heulen.

Top ausgestattete und gepflegte Unterkunft mit herrlicher Aussicht

Von der Buchung der FeWo, dem Sehr netten Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und dem Aufenthalt in der super gepflegten und sehr gut ausgestatteten FeWo bis hin zum Erholungsfaktor und dem check-out waren das wirklich traumhafte 14 Tage, die wir dort verbracht haben. Wer auf Ruhe abseits vom Touristenrummel steht ist hier genau richtig. Wer aber kurze Wege zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bäckerei o.ä. erwartet ist hier falsch. Allerdings mit einem (unbedingt erforderlichen) Mietwagen ist das kein Problem.
