This attractive villa, built in 2010, is located in the village Bašići, approx. 18 km from Poreč and its lovely beaches.

The house is built in a combination of modern materials and stone, offering its guests a special atmosphere. Villa Anka is located on its own, 900 sqm well maintained ground with pool, spacious terrace with garden furniture, fireplace for barbecuing and private parking for two cars.

The villa is suitable for 6 guests with a total of 144 sqm. On the ground floor there's a fully equipped kitchen with dining area with a table for 8 people, living room with fireplace, all in one area, one double bedroom with French bed and shower/toilet, one separate toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with French bed, one with shower/toilet and SAT-TV, and one with bath/toilet.

We consider this property accessible for our guests with reduced mobility, but recommend all guests validate the property’s suitability against their own requirements.

Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Wir können die Villa Anka voll und ganz empfehlen. Wir hatten selten ein Haus, das so komplett in Sachen Küchenutensilien und Betten Zubehör wie Decken und diverse Kopfkissen ausgestattet war. Bei unserem Aufenthalt Anfang Mai 26 war auch die Fußbodenheizung überall eine echt feine Sache.Meine 90 jährige Mutter kam mit ihrem Rollator im unteren Schlafzimmer und Bad wirklich prima zurecht, nur aus dem Pool wäre sie wohl nicht so einfach wieder heraus gekommen. Im Pool ist die erste Stufe nämlich richtig hoch und macht auch beweglicheren Personen etwas Probleme. Ein noch dazu "wabeliger" Pool Boden trübt leider den sonst so klasse Pool Eindruck. Auch der Carport muss dringend in Ordnung gebracht werden, aber da am Tor ein Schild "zu verkaufen" hängt, will der derzeitige Eigentümer wohl nicht noch Geld investieren.
