Villa Maria Markovići is a luxurious modern-rustic villa built in 2020 and set on a 1600 sqm big property with beautiful panoramic sea view.
The house lies on the outskirts of the village Markovići in a quiet place, surrounded by forest and fields. In the neighbourhood there are two more holiday homes. The nearest shop is in the picturesque town Vižinada, 3 km away, a pizzeria is 4 km away, wine and olive oil road only 500 m from the house and the sea is 15 km away.
On a large, completely enclosed property, Villa Maria Markovići offers an infinity swimming pool of 54 sqm, summer kitchen with a barbecue fireplace and dining table, lounge sitting set, badminton/volleyball court, trampoline and swing for the youngest.

Holiday home for 9 people of 280 sqm extends over two completely air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and sitting set, a double room with satellite TV and private shower/toilet and another shower/toilet. On the first floor there are in total of three bedrooms, each with its own shower/WC, air conditioning and satellite TV, two of them with double bed and one with double bed and a single bed. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
