This house is all that it's promoted as!A wonderful spacious layout with plenty of room for multiple families, great views and simple access to the lake front smack between Caseville and Port Austin. It's a fantastic value for the money and you really can't go wrong making this choice.

Great location right on the beach of lake Huron, we enjoyed our stay except some envy neighbors who apparently dislike renters.Logistically, there were a couple of small issues which were promptly addressed by the Mgmt Co.Our early checkin request was declined, although property wasn’t rented right prior to our arrival date, cleaning lady walked out 15mins before checkin time, but at checkout after insisting Mgmt Co. was able to get us an extension, which was extremly helpful and appreciated. Definately recommend this property!

The property was very easy accessible. It was clean. Location was really good. The only concern I had was it looked to me like there was cameras. It could’ve been sensors or movement, but still you don’t know if it’s a combination of both which really didn’t sell well with me. They need to turn those sensors off if it is for movement within the property at that time while somebody is in the home. That’s my suggestion, along with not having to strip the beds.
