The description of the property and pictures on VRBO were true and accurate to our beautiful accommodation. The unit was well kept and clean on the inside. It also had a well stocked kitchen. Communication with property management company was very good. No check in or check out issues at all.The only mentionable improvement opportunity for the property is that the exterior could use a good cleaning. The place was infested with many cob webs and spiders in the lights and at the entrances to the units. I also had to kill several spiders inside the unit during our stay. Our exterior windows were also extremely dirty. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it if you are looking for a beach side place nearby to the Sleeping Bear Dunes and Mackinac Island. I had my bike along and enjoyed riding the TART Trail directly across the street from the property.

We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the exterior cleanliness, specifically the cobwebs, spiders, and dirty windows. This is certainly not the impression we want our guests to have, and we will address this immediately with our cleaning team to ensure a thorough cleaning and pest control is carried out. We appreciate you highlighting the convenient location near Sleeping Bear Dunes and Mackinac Island, and we're happy you enjoyed riding the TART Trail.
