Lovely apartment in Karojba

Apartment Piantadela lies on the ground floor of a family house in Levaki, surrounded by beautiful green Istrian countryside, 11 km from the picturesque medieval town Motovun and 23 km from the sea.

The house was built in 2000 and the apartment first equipped in 2018. On its own property it offers to the guests a private swimming pool of 40 sqm, barbecue, children's playground and two parking spaces.

The discreet homeowners live in the other part of the house with a separate entrance.



Apartment for 4-6 guests with a total living area of 70 sqm consists of an air-conditioned living room, equipped kitchen, dining table, two bedrooms with two single beds that can connect, one of them with private shower/toilet and access to the swimming pool and a shower/toilet in the hall. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Ein RIESEN Pool, meine Tochter hat ihn geliebt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Küche ist top ausgestattet, die Betten bequem, die Bäder richtig groß, ein Garten, der zum Spielen einlädt... mehr geht nicht aus meiner Sicht. Und es ist ruhig, trotzdem sind Restaurants und Geschäfte innerhalb von 15 min problemlos zu erreichen. Für Menschen, die ein Auto haben eine tolle Unterkunft!

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gepflegt und sauber! Der Pool war großartig. Eine super Größe um auch mal ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen.Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr gastfreundlich. Wir wurden mit einem Gemüsekorb aus dem eigenen Garten begrüßt und durften jeden Tag eigene Feigen ernten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, genauso wie wir es uns zum Abschalten gewünscht haben. Obwohl die Vermieter mit im Haus wohnen, ist man komplett ungestört und genießt absolute Privatsphäre. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt und zum Meer nach Porec sind es ungefähr 25 Min.Die Küche ist perfekt aussgestattet! Die Betten sind sehr bequem und alle Möbel auch Outdoor sind in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand!Hier macht Urlaub Spaß! Danke an Lilijana und Igor für die wunderschöne Zeit!

Unser Urlaub im Objekt Piantadela war mehr als gelungen! Wir wurden bei Ankunft vom Vermieter herzlich im Empfang genommen und fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit der Wohnung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Einmalig war sowohl das gepflegte Anwesen wie auch der große Pool, der täglich gereinigt wurde, und die diversen Ruhe- und Sitzgelegenheiten, welche uns alleinig zur Verfügung standen. Wir haben uns bewusst für diese Unterkunft abseits von den Tourismuszentren entschieden, um vom Alltag zu entspannen und die notwendige Erholung zu finden. Nichts desto trotz ist man mit dem Auto in etwa 30 Minuten in Porec, Rovinj oder Pula sowie an den Stränden entlang der Adria-Küste. Die Landschaft des Binnenlandes hat uns sehr beeindruckt und die umliegenden kleinen Städte wie Pazin oder Motovun sind sehenswert und unbedingt zu empfehlen. Ljiljana und Igor sind ausgesprochen nette Vermieter, die für Tipps, Fragen und Anregungen jederzeit und sofort zur Verfügung stehen. Wer die absolute Ruhe und Erholung pur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wat een heerlijke plek.

Wat een heerlijke plek. Aardige mensen, die zich afzijdig houden maar benaderbaar zijn als je wilt. Fijn huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke bedden in de slaapkamers.
