Adorata 1 is a charming and newly built holiday home in the peaceful surroundings of Vinez, just 2 km from the historic town of Labin and 7 km from the pristine sandy beaches of Rabac. Built in 2006, this house combines modern comforts with rustic furnishings that reflect the rich Istrian tradition and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The property has a private, fenced garden full of vibrant flowers, a manicured lawn and two covered terraces where you can enjoy al fresco dining. A barbecue area is available for cosy evenings under the stars and there is covered parking for your convenience. Vinez is a quiet village, ideal for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to Labin, known for its medieval charm and cultural events. A short drive will take you to the stunning beaches of Rabac with crystal clear waters and numerous activities for all ages. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of persons aged 26 years or younger.

Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt.

Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist großzügig, es sind z.B. jede Menge Handtücher vorhanden, auch Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs wie Müllbeutel, Kaffeefilter, etc, etc, (musste ich sonst immer erst besorgen) und eine reichhaltig ausgestattete Küche mit neuwertigen Elektrogeräten. Das Grundstück liegt am Ortsrand, man schaut also vom Garten, der wirklich wunderschön ist, direkt ins Grüne. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind immer ansprechbar. Gleichzeitig achten sie aber sehr die Privatsphäre der Gäste. Sie kümmern sich auch sehr, machen z.B. das Außenlicht an, wenn man abends später zurück kommt oder gießen in Abwesenheit der Gäste den Garten. Sehr freundliche, liebenswerte und vornehme Menschen! Wir fahren da wieder hin.
