The apartment is located on Lake Afritz, with a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The first-floor apartment has been completely renovated and equipped with all modern amenities. The natural stone floors, box-spring beds, and simple design elements with wood accents create a warm, home-like atmosphere for your holiday. From the windows in the living room and bedroom, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the lake and the mountains that surround your apartment.<br>The bathroom features a double sink, a walk-in shower, and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and microwave. The private beach pool for our guests features a secluded, fenced-in garden with a boathouse and a floating dock. In addition, our guests can use SUP boards free of charge. If you own a boat or your own water sports equipment/boards, you can store them securely locked in the boathouse. Cyclists will find plenty to enjoy in our region, and we offer a covered bike storage area.
