Hello. My name is Jane and I live in Dothan, Al.
I have lived here over 30 years. My husband and I raised our family of 5 children in this town. We are now enjoying grandchildren at this time in our lives.
I have been hosting short term rentals almost 10 years. The Cozy Cottage is one of my newest properties.

Why they chose this property

This property is not in a neighborhood. It sits on 40 acres of farmland but is 5-10 minutes from town. It is situated between both hospitals here in Dothan. We are also less than 10 minutes from the new Pickleball courts.

What makes this property unique

The cozy cottage sits on 40 acres of farmland. It sits just above a pond that is full of fish. Bream and bass. You are welcome to fish or just walk around the pond to stretch out.
