In our approx. 22 m² one-room holiday flat on the ground floor you will find everything you need for a cosy stay. The flat is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160x200), which invites you to dream. The furnishings also include two armchairs and a dining table for 2 people, ideal for enjoying meals together. A wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your personal belongings. Thanks to a practically equipped mini-kitchen with filter coffee machine and kettle, you can also prepare your morning coffee to your liking while on holiday.

The outdoor area of our residence invites you to linger. Here you can enjoy the fresh air of the Zittau Mountains in peace and quiet and start or end the day in a relaxed manner.
