The property itself is worth the price. We appreciated the clean house and all its amenities. We came back to NY for a funeral and enjoyed the tranquil setting. There were deer visiting the yard each day.

Cute, clean and comfortable

Great communication from the owner and there was a nice little bin of snacks with the coffee and hot chocolate which was a really nice touch. Overall this house was perfect for our girls weekend to do some hiking at Letchworth State Park and spend a day at some breweries and a winery.

Remote and Beautiful

It's a BIG property, with a pond, trails, woods and LOTS of variety of birds. If you are a birder, stay here! Also, it's about 30 minutes to Letchworth S.P. Don't miss that. We ate in and grilled each night.
