The property was wonderful, and exactly what we hoped. It's quiet, despite being on a busy road. Very well appointed with nearly everything you would need to cook a big meal.My ONLY complaint is that the back door was nailed shut as whatever they're putting into the back yard and stairs is under construction, so parking and use of that area is not possible. We should have known that ahead of time. (There was a place to park, but we didn't know when the construction guys would be back, and we'd have to walk to the front of the house anyway). The biggest deal is that with the back exit closed, including from the 2nd floor, there is only one exit in case of fire. That should be remedied asap. When the back exits are ready, this will be a fabulous rental in a great location. We loved it!
