This smoke-free, comfortably furnished holiday home, "Saltkrokan," located on the waterfront and accommodating 6 people, is wheelchair-accessible. It is situated in a quiet location in the new “Neu-Seeland” Water and Landscape Park, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, the play barn, the adventure playground, and the indoor tennis court. The house features 2 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. The bedroom with the two single beds has a second TV. In addition to the bathroom with a height-adjustable sink, shower seat, and wheelchair-accessible toilet, there is also a guest bathroom in the house. The large bathroom features a sauna and a whirlpool tub—both perfect for relaxation—as well as a shower. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, pod coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and plenty of dishes. From the bright living room—with its large floor-to-ceiling windows, couch, LCD flat-screen TV, and wood-burning stove—you have a direct view of the water. From the boat dock, you can explore the entire water and landscape park by canoe, which is provided with the house. Garden furniture and a grill are also available on the southwest-facing terrace. In the garden, there is a swing set and a sandpit for our younger guests.
