This quiet, modernly furnished holiday rental is located just about 700 m from the beach. The spacious living areas—modernly renovated and decorated in a nautical style—can accommodate 4 people. The apartment is in a quiet location, with its own terrace and a small lawn. If you’d prefer not to drive, feel free to use the bicycles provided to explore the Gespensterwald, which is located directly across from the house. In the bedroom, there’s space for 2 children to sleep on the sofa bed. A cot and a high chair are available for the little ones. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. In the living room, you can use the CD and DVD players, Netflix, and Wi-Fi free of charge. A sleeper sofa is also available there. The beach is within walking distance. Guests with dogs must first request permission from the owner.

Bed linens and towels are not included but can be booked for an additional fee. The Valerie holiday rental is ideally located for nature lovers. The Nienhäger Ghost Forest is located directly across from the house and is perfect for walks to the beach. Shopping and dining options are within easy walking distance.
The well-developed network of bike paths connects the town with well-known Baltic Sea resorts such as Warnemünde, Heiligendamm, and Kühlungsborn. You can also take the historic “Molli” steam train for a ride along the coast between Bad Doberan and Kühlungsborn.
Enjoy the close proximity to the beach and the mystical Ghost Forest—a paradise for walks, photography, and romantic sunsets. Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan—with its cathedral, summer toboggan run, and spa museum—offer a variety of excursion destinations in the surrounding area.
The 3-km-long natural beach at Nienhagen and the picturesque cliffs are just a few minutes’ walk away. This Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the “Blue Flag” multiple times for its excellent water quality.

From Berlin: A19 → Rostock interchange → A20 towards Lübeck → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.


From Hamburg: A1 → A20 towards Rostock → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.
