This beautiful and cosy 3-room apartment measures 68 m² and is located on the ground floor of a new beach villa built in the spa-style, just 200 m from the fine sandy beach.
Two bedrooms each have a double bed, and a cot and high chair are available for the youngest guests.
The living room features an open-concept kitchen equipped with all modern appliances, such as a dishwasher, stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, etc. The living area features a TV with a radio. The balcony is approximately 8 m². The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Wi-Fi is available to guests free of charge.

Bed linens and towels are not included but can be booked for an additional fee. Enjoy the close proximity to the beach and the mystical Ghost Forest—a paradise for walks, photography, and romantic sunsets. Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan—with its cathedral, summer toboggan run, and spa museum—offer a variety of day trip destinations in the surrounding area.
The 3-km-long natural beach at Nienhagen and the picturesque cliffs are just a few minutes’ walk away. This Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the “Blue Flag” multiple times for its excellent water quality.
