Hello, I'm Teresa and it's with great pleasure that I offer you my space, whose rule is good manners and Madeiran friendliness. I love welcoming people with comfort, quality and good taste. I am very sociable and speak 5 languages (Portuguese, English, Spanish, French and German).
Very well located, with all the amenities within walking distance, namely: - Public transport - Bars - Restaurants - Supermarkets - Laundry - Florist - Rent a car - Pharmacy
This property is situated in a quiet area, very close to the center of Funchal, the airport, golf clubs, a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach of Garajau / Cristo Rei with stunning views over the island.
I have a swimming pool, garden, solarium, outdoor dining table and barbecue and I am sure that My Space will provide you with a super pleasant vacation. This villa is ideal for vacations, up to a maximum of 4 people: - 2 Suites with private bathrooms each with King beds. - Dining and living room with late 19th century furniture and all the amenities. - Fully-equipped kitchen. - Outdoor swimming pool and solarium with stunning views over the Desertas Islands, Funchal Bay and Ponta de São Lourenço.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
No pets allowed.
No parties allowed.
If guests wish to have a shuttle service to the airport, they can consult the owner directly.
