Alles in allem eine gute Lage, eine nicht so teurer Wohnung im schönen Ort Keitum. Schöner Schnitt. Die Wohnung ist leider nicht, wie auf den Bilder zu sehen, in einem beigen Farbton, sondern in einem seltsamen gelb gehalten. Somit hinterläßt sie einen vollkommen anderen Eindruck und wirkt, neben anderen Mängeln, ein wenig unbeholfen und zusammengebaut. Nicht feststellbar ist, ob die Farbe bewusst so gewollt oder einfach nur nachgezogen und vergilbt ist. Eine kleine Renovierung würde der Wohnung, mit recht kleinem Aufwand, sicher guttun. Zu erwähnen ist noch die sehr steile Treppe. Sicher für ältere Menschen ungeeignet, nicht schlimm sollte aber erwähnt werden.
