The Landhaus Liesel is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, about 200 m from the town center / lake, so very easy to reach on foot.
Our romantic part. Apartment furnished with antiques on the first floor of our house offers a lot of comfort and with its size and the two separate bedrooms enjoys almost a unique selling point. So if you are looking for a large, cozy domicile where you can also retreat, you have come to the right place.

Landhaus Liesel - Vacation with friends: Feel comfortable in our 94 sqm apartment in Alpine style. Four beds in two separate bedrooms ensure rest and relaxation. On request, we can also provide an extra bed for a 5 person. The master bedroom also has a separate toilet.

Sit in the cozy parlor in the cold season or enjoy the summer sun with breakfast on the balcony.
Cook as you please, because our kitchen is fully equipped. Let your mind wander with a good book or watch TV or a film from our extensive BluRay collection.
We would also be happy to advise you on the various leisure and excursion options.

The location of our house: In 7 minutes you are on foot in the center of Bad Wiessee, on the lake in 9 minutes. Shops such as baker or butcher can also be reached in 5 minutes.

Experience Bad Wiessee: Take long walks or hikes in the surrounding mountains in summer. Of course, a swim in the Tegernsee or a boat trip is just as attractive as a stay in the iodine and sulfur bath. Treat yourself to a massage or a wellness day there.

Children can romp in the play arena, take advantage of the extensive summer vacation program or play in the playground by the lake. Of course, the various outdoor pools also invite you to linger. Explore the Tegernsee valley by bike.
Of course, an evening at the Casino Bad Wiesse is always an experience, because even non-players get their money's worth at the various events as well as at dinner in the Winners Lounge.

Sehr schöne, urige Wohnung mit liebevollen Details

Wir (4 Personen / 60+) sind eine halbe Stunde vor CheckIn angekommen. Die Hauseigentümerin sah darin kein Problem und wir konnten sofort in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr urig, mit richtig bayerischem Ambiente und liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, z. B. eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche, ein wunderschönes Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer (leider ohne Dusche, nur ein Badewanne) und ein extra WC. In der Wohnung gibt es viele Bücher und viele Spiele, die auch benutzt werden dürfen. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auf dem Balkon die Zeit verbringen. Das Haus liegt ziemlich Zentrumsnah, nur wenige Minuten zum See. Die Hauseigentümer, welche im EG des Hauses wohnen, haben wir eigentlich nur bei der Anreise und einmal bei der Bezahlung der Kurtaxe (2,- Euro pro Person und Nacht) gesehen. Die Wohnung hat auch einen separaten Hauseingang. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir schöne Tage in der Wohnung verlebt und würden auch jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Allerdings muss ich abschließend erwähnen, dass im Ort Bad Wiessee nicht all zu viel geboten ist. Es ist z. B. sehr schwierig eine Gaststätte zu finden, in der man Essen gehen kann. Da ist in den Nachbarortschaften Rottach-Eger und Tegernsee erheblich mehr geboten. Dafür kann allerdings der Vermieter nichts. Wir würden Bad Wiessee für unsere Ansprüche nicht mehr buchen - einfach zu wenig geboten.

Los dueños de la propiedad fueron muy amables, y estuvieron pendientes de que en todo momento estuviéramos cómodos. El apartamento está muy limpio y muy bien situado para disfrutar tanto de la montaña como del lago. La zona es preciosa. Definitivamente repetiríamos!!

Eine super gemütliche, urig eingerichtete, mit modernen Akzenten besetzte großzügige Wohnung mit interessanten Details, so einer bayerischen Balkon Toilette. Sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Vermieter. Würde gerne dort auch länger als 3 Tage bleiben!

Tolle, typisch bayrische Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Das Landhaus Liesl liegt direkt in Bad Wiessee nur drei Gehminuten vom Tegernsee entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung bietet genügend Platz für vier Personen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr urig - typisch Landhaus - und hat dennoch mit Spülmaschine und Co. Annehmlichkeiten zu bieten. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

Wir haben uns im Haus Liesel sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal. Unsere Urlaubszeit war mit einer Woche knapp bemessen. Diese Zeit haben wir allerdings bestens mit sehr vielen Unternehmungen genutzt. Dankeschön an die sehr sympathischen Vermieter.

Die FeWo entspricht vollumfänglich der Beschreibung im Internet und wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Sehr nette Vermieter, die sich liebevoll kümmern! Die FeWo ist unheimlich urig gemütlich mit schrägem Fußboden und wirkt damit sehr authentisch. Im Winter gefiel uns das Heizen mit dem Kachelofen und das Entspannen auf dem großen Sofa davor sehr gut. Im Sommer könnte man wunderbar auf dem großen Balkon ausspannen und die herrliche Aussicht genießen. Wir hatten alles, was das Herz begehrt (sogar eine Spülmaschine und Speisekammer). Wir würden uns wünschen, wenn alle Gäste pflegich mit dieser liebevoll gestalteten FeWo mit einzigartigem Charakter umgehen würden!

Urlaub mit Freundinnen bei Freunden :)

Mit meinen beiden Freundinnen hatten wir eine wirklich schöne Zeit. Diese Wohnung ist urgemütlich und bietet täglich neue verspielte Details zu entdecken. Toll: Beim Eintreffen stehen Bier, Limo und Mineralwasser zum Selbstkostenpreis bereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Landhaus Liesel & der Tegernse: einfach nur schön!

Das Landhaus Liesel ist ein echtes Schmuckstück... Ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen mit super lieben Vermietern. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem urigen Haus, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße/Sackgasse. Sie ist mit vielen schönen Dinge liebevoll ausgestattet. Das Zentrum und den See kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Da wir getrennt schlafen wollten, kamen uns die zwei Schlafzimmer sehr gelegen. Auch verfügt die Wohnung über zwei Toiletten, was ebenfalls angenehm war. Und da wir gerne baden, haben wir das Bad mit der Wanne absolut genossen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so im Urlaub braucht. Wir haben aber fast nie gekocht, da wir lieber die vielen, guten Restaurants ausprobieren wollten. Besonders das Bräustüberl in Tegernsee hatte es uns angetan. Obwohl es sehr, sehr heiß war und die Wohnung im OG liegt, war sie angenehm kühl. Das einzige Manko: irgendwann war der Urlaub leider vorbei. Wir können den schönen Tegernsee und das Landhaus Liesel unbedingt empfehlen!! Verdiente fünf Sterne!

Preis-Leistung: unschlagbar!

Wir (Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern) haben das Landhaus gebucht, weil uns die Bilder der Ausstattung sofort ins Auge fielen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, wir bekamen eine detailierte Führung durch die Wohnung. Besonders im großen Wohnzimmer kamen wir aus dem Staunen nicht heraus: Durch die kunstvollen Schnitzereien fühlt man sich dort wie auf einer Almhütte!!! Die Kinder waren besonders vom großen TV und den kostenlosen Filmen auf Blu-Ray begeistert. Die Wohnung ist urgemütlich, die Lage ist ein Traum: Dank Sackgasse superruhig und dennoch ist man in ein paar Gehminuten am See oder im Zentrum. Wir waren schon oft in Bad Wiessee - das hier war mit Abstand die beste Wahl für einen Familienurlaub. Fünf verdiente Sterne!
