The charming villa was built in 1818 and lovingly renovated in 2011 and 2023. This beautiful holiday home offers you a luxurious ambience on a spacious property. The modern interior is kept in a traditional style. Here you can also prepare local specialties on the grill and then enjoy them together at the large dining table. The villa offers a truly unique, fascinating experience not far from the sea. On a fully fenced plot in a quiet area, with an extra large 12m x 4.2m pool, offers the perfect and relaxing holiday for 8+2 people. The interior on three floors is decorated with passion and love with many details. The ground floor is dominated by a large living room connected to a functional and fully equipped kitchen. The living room is connected through a large sliding door to the ezterierieur, a terrace overlooking the pool. A separate toilet completes the ground floor area. The internal staircase leads to the first floor where there is a bedroom and en-suite bathroom and a lounge with books. The stairs lead further up where there are three more bedrooms and three bathrooms. For relaxing holiday is available private pool, terrace with outdoor ice area and charcoal grill. In the villa there are air conditioners, WiFi internet and private parking for 2 cars.. Option: Heatign of the pool: 30 EUR per day (you can decide on arrival).
