A nicely furnished, 2-room, non-smoking apartment in the "Syltrose" building on the upper floor/top floor with a private entrance.
The apartment is approximately 58 m² and is ideal for up to four people. The sunny living room features a sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a dining area. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. Cable TV, a radio, and Wi-Fi (subject to availability) are provided. On the sunny west-facing balcony, you can relax and enjoy the fresh North Sea air.
The bedroom, located in the attic, features a double bed and a flat-screen TV.
The apartment includes a parking space. A washing machine and dryer are available right in the apartment.
Guests are, of course, welcome to use the building ’s swimming pool and sauna (coin-operated). The swimming pool was completely renovated in 2025 and now offers a modern, comfortable atmosphere where you can relax.
Rental linens (required): The linen package includes:
3 terry cloth hand towels, 1 large bath towel, 1x shower mat, 2x tea towels, 1x bed sheet, 1x bedding set
Consumables such as trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets are provided as a starter kit in the apartment.

Größe und Aufteilung der Wohnung sehr gut. Lage zum Zentrum und zum Strand optimal. Bewertung wäre besser,wenn mehr auf den Unterhalt geachtet würde. Nur Kleinigkeiten, die aber den guten Gesamteindruck dämpfen.
