IMPORTANT DETAILS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

Mandatory Resort Fee
⇒ Kamaole Sands charges a mandatory $80 resort fee per reservation. This is a one-time fee charged separately by the resort and is not included in your booking total.

Loft & Spiral Staircase
⇒ The upstairs king sleeping area is a vaulted, open loft overlooking the living room rather than a fully enclosed bedroom. Guests in the loft will have less visual and sound privacy than they would in a traditional enclosed bedroom.
⇒ The upstairs loft is accessible only via a spiral staircase.

Air Conditioning
⇒ The downstairs king bedroom has its own window AC unit.
⇒ The upstairs loft does not have a dedicated AC unit. It is cooled by the split AC system serving the living room and also has a ceiling fan.

TV
⇒ The living room has a Roku Smart TV with streaming capabilities. There is no cable service. Guests can sign in to their own streaming accounts.
