On the spacious property there is a 300 m2 terrace with a large pool and a jacuzzi where you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of Kvarner and the southern part of Istria. Outside there is also a summer kitchen and lounge area where you can spend quiet summer evenings with family and friends. The interior of the villa offers a modern design with muted tones and sleek lines that create a warm, relaxing atmosphere. On the first floor of the villa you will find a spacious charming living room and a fully equipped kitchen with an elegant dining room. On the upper floor there are 4 elegantly furnished bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms offer an enchanting sea view and have access to a shared terrace with a telescope where you can explore the Istrian coast. But that's not all! In the basement there is an entertainment area where you will find a fitness room and a wellness area with a Finnish sauna, as well as a billiard room and a games room. There is also a garage on the lower floor.

The luxury villa Panoramica is located on the edge of the village of Viskovici on the southernmost point of the eastern shore of the Bay of Rasa. The village stretches to the sea and the small fishing port of Tunarica in the bay of the same name, just 1.1 km from the villa. The nearest town of Labin is only a ten-minute drive away and the largest Istrian town of Pula is only half an hour's drive from the villa. Thanks to its location at the highest point of the village, this property offers excellent panoramic views of the Kvarner Bay, the islands of Losinj, Unije and Susak, the Ubas peninsula, Raska Bay and central Istria. Be sure to visit the local restaurants and taverns, which offer first-class Istrian specialties. There are many secluded beaches nearby, which also offer diving, surfing, boat and kayak rentals. In Istria you will also find numerous hiking and cycling trails where you can explore the beautiful Istrian nature.
