Villa Vatovac is located in the small quiet town of Tar in northwestern Istria. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing vacation! This modern property allows all guests to enjoy their privacy, but also offers enough space for the whole group to spend time together. Outside, the private pool and comfortable sun loungers are at your disposal - this is the best place to soak up the sun with a refreshing drink in hand. Just a few steps away you will find the gas barbecue and outdoor dining area where you can enjoy local produce or have a barbecue together in the evening. The villa also has table soccer and table tennis - fun for both adults and children!

Inside, you will feel at home thanks to the carefully selected furnishing details and cozy decor. The ground floor has an open concept and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with SAT TV. The ground floor also has direct access to the pool, which is super convenient. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms: one with a private bathroom and 2 bedrooms that share another bathroom. There are also 2 terraces here, one of which is covered. Enjoy the first coffee of the day on the terrace with a beautiful view of the surroundings - you won't regret it.Tar is a charming small town near Novigrad on the west coast of Istria. The location allows you to go to the beach every day without a long drive, but if you would like to stay at home, Tar has everything you could need on vacation - restaurants, stores and the tranquility of a traditional Istrian small town. Here you can enjoy nature to the full. Stroll through the olive groves, visit the local wineries and try at least a few local products. If you like fishing, you will learn something new here, as in Tar fresh water mixes with sea water and the fish are caught in a special way.

The coastal towns of Novigrad and Porec have a lot to offer and are in the immediate vicinity of Tar. Booking these towns is a must!

Mein Mann und meine 2 Kinder 15 und 18 Jahre alt haben uns die Woche in der Villa Vatovac sehr wohl

Mein Mann und meine 2 Kinder 15 und 18 Jahre alt haben uns die Woche in der Villa Vatovac sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr sauber, der Pool ist groß, so dass man sogar ein paar Runden schwimmen kann. Die Bäder sind sehr modern, die Betten bequem: 2mal ein 1,80 cm breites Bett und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei 1,20 cm Betten. Die Vermieter Herr und Frau Vatovac wohnen zwei Häuser weiter, sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und lassen einen komplett in Ruhe. Wir haben sie erst wieder zur Heimfahrt gesehen. Beide sprechen etwas deutsch.Bei Ankunft stand eine Schüssel mit Obstauf dem Tisch und gekühlte Getränke im Kühlschrank. Das einzige negative, was ich erwähnen kann, ist, dass sich das Haus (wir hatten eine Woche bestimmt 32-35 Grad) sehr erwärmt. Vor der einen Fensterfront gibt es eine Markise, die andere im Sofabereich hat leider auch keinen Rollladen oder Jalousie, sowie das riesige Treppenhausfenster. Hier kommt die komplette Sonne bzw. Hitze rein. Ich hatte Frau Vatovac noch versucht zu erklären, dass die Klimaanlage nicht stark genug ist, um besonders den großen Raum unten runterzukühlen. (wir hatten die Türe immer zu) Trotz Klimaanlage non Stopp schafften wir den Wohnraum nicht unter 27,5 /27 grad, das kann eigentlich nicht sein. Bei den Zimmern war es bisschen besser, aber auch da musste man die Klimaanlage lange laufen lassen, um es bisschen kühler zu haben. Es sind auch nicht die üblichen Split Geräte (wir haben selber Klimaanlagen in allen Schlafräumen) sondern eine andere Art Klimaanlage. Vielleicht kann man Richtung Sonnenschutz, Fliegengitter und Klima noch nachrüsten, denn bei dem Preis erwartet man Komfort und dazu gehört bei mir, dass man so ein Haus auch bei Hitze runterkühlen kann. Tip noch für die Anfahrt: Das Haus bzw. die Adresse vorher googeln, das Navi navigiert nicht richtig.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Villa.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Villa. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und standen immer zur Verfügung (ohne, dass man sich beobachtet fühlte). Sie sind super nett und hilfsbereit und wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank noch einmal an dieser Stelle. Das Haus und das Grundstück waren top gepflegt und super sauber. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Da wir allerdings nachts die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet haben, hätten wir uns ein Paar Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern gewünscht, denn Mücken gibt es ja leider immer und überall. Aber die Rollläden vor den Fenstern haben gut geholfen. Wir können das Objekt absolut empfehlen! Familie Mensak
