Outside the house, you will find a spacious pool area surrounded by comfortable deckchairs and umbrellas where you can enjoy the sun and relax. Next to the 72 m2 (12x6) swimming pool, there is an outdoor shower to cool off after a refreshing dip.

On the ground floor, a modern and fully equipped kitchen will welcome you with an elegant island in the center, perfect for preparing and enjoying delicious meals with family and friends. The kitchen overlooks a large open living room, tastefully furnished and equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs to spend pleasant and relaxing moments together. From the living room, you exit onto the large covered terrace where you can enjoy a splendid view of the pool and garden.

On the second floor, you will find three bedrooms and a bathroom, both carefully furnished to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

Leaving the house, you can enjoy the covered terrace, furnished with a large dining table and comfortable garden furniture, the ideal place to enjoy outdoor meals immersed in the tranquility of the Croatian countryside.

For barbecue lovers, there is a dedicated area with a modern barbecue, where you can prepare delicious barbecues to share with your loved ones.

As for parking, you won't have to worry, as the house has private parking inside the property, ensuring convenience and safety for your cars.

In the center of Tar, 900 m away, you will find a grocery store, bar, pharmacy, restaurants, parking for charging electric cars, and much more. The nearest beach is located in the Lanterna campsite, 5 km from the house.
The nearest charging station for electric cars is 1 km away. Charging electric vehicles at the property is not allowed.
*A deposit of €300 is to be paid in cash to the landlord on the day of arrival and will be refunded on the day of departure if everything is in order.
*Pets are not allowed.
* Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside.
* We ask our kind guests:
- to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, turn off the air conditioning, the washing machine, and the dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to agree on the collection of the keys.
* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of stay.
