This property is billed as luxury. It is definitely not luxury. The owner was great when I arrived at the property; however, it became difficult as time moved forward. The property description states free parking; however, parking was not free and I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the last $74 she still owes me and she is not responding to my requests for reimbursements. The security staff at the desk were great; however, the area of the property is sketchy. My 2nd day in the property security called the police on a tenant on the floor of this unit. My first week at the property I was harassed by a homeless person and had to be rescued by a tenant in a nearby building.
