Living [&] Sleeping

The open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area welcomes you with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. The cosy sofa invites you to relax, while the bioethanol fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere on cooler evenings. For entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV and a Teufel Boomster with Bluetooth.



If needed, the high-quality sofa bed can be converted into a comfortable double bed in just a few simple steps, providing two additional sleeping spots.



The separate bedroom features a double bed (160 × 200 cm), another flat-screen TV, and direct access to the sunny south-facing balcony—the ideal place to soak up the sun or wind down after a day of holiday.



To ensure you can enjoy your holiday from the very first minute, the beds will already be made upon your arrival. A shower towel and a small hand towel will also be provided for you.


Kitchen [&] Balconies

The modern, open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.



The living area opens onto the spacious northeast-facing balcony. Enjoy your breakfast here as the sun rises over the Baltic Sea, with an impressive view of the historic Ahlbeck pier—Germany’s oldest pier.

The high-quality bathroom features a floor-level real-glass rain shower, elegant natural stone finishes, and a private infrared sauna—ideal for relaxing moments of well-being after an eventful day at the Baltic Sea. A hair dryer and toilet are, of course, provided.

A special highlight: From April through October, the hop-on-hop-off boat connects the piers between Bansin and Świnoujście (Poland) and can also be used free of charge.
