This beautiful family villa is located near the medieval town of Motovun in the heart of Istria. Villa Alba can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms. The interior is characterized by harmonious color combinations and gives a feeling of home. The open-plan first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a cozy living room and a beautifully furnished bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the second floor you will find two cozy bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed, while the third has two single beds. From the living room you have direct access to the beautiful terrace, from which you have a magnificent view over Motovun and the green hills. A covered terrace is a wonderful place where you can enjoy your morning coffee or have lunch with your family. In front of the house is a large and inviting infinity pool where you can refresh yourself on warm summer days or simply relax on a sun lounger with a cold drink. In the basement of the villa there is a private tavern where you can spend time with your friends and family while preparing a delicious meal on the charcoal grill. The house is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by the green nature of Istria. It is the perfect choice for your next family vacation, where you can relax by the pool or explore the beautiful surroundings.Villa Alba is located in a quiet area, near the town of Motovun. Motovun is located in the center of Istria and is one of the most beautiful medieval towns. The town is known for its film festival, a thermal water spring, but also for its very well preserved historical buildings. The villa is in an ideal location from where you can discover Istria. Visit the coastal towns of Pula, Rovinj and Porec. An unavoidable attraction is the Brijuni National Park, known for its beautiful beaches, golf courses, but also the zoo. Taste Istrian traditional dishes in small family taverns or take part in the search for truffles in the Motovun forest.
