Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Sehr zentrale und ruhige Lage mit kurzem Weg zur Strandpromenade/Strand und zur Seebrücke sowie zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Bäcker ist fussläufig zu erreichen.
