According to this motto, the owners of Kaiser-Brehme completely renovated a residential building from the 1950s, preserved the beautiful old wooden staircase and put a lot of passion into creating six modern, chic apartments around it. Dogs are welcome in the barrier-free ground floor apartments upon request.

The beautiful location of the house directly at Stryckpark - and yet close to the center (approx. 700m) - makes "Kaiser's Traumzeit Appartements" the ideal accommodation for guests who value superior comfort, nature, peace and also the proximity to the eventful town center and tourist facilities want to relax on vacation and enjoy a wonderful break.
The center (approx. 700m), lagoon pool, ice rink, cinema (each approx. 600m) and adventure golf at the viaduct (200m) can be reached in a few minutes on foot. You can reach the Skywalk, 1.5km away, via a walking path through the Stryckpark and the Strycktal. It is approx. 1.3km to the cable car. In winter the cross-country ski trails start just 50m from the house.

The house and apartments are equally ideal for a 3-night short trip as well as an extended weekly vacation - and are primarily designed for active vacationers/couples who travel a lot during the day and want a modern and compact accommodation.

Appt. PRINZESSIN is a compact 2-room apartment*** (36 sqm) barrier-free on the ground floor for 2 people - a medium-sized dog is welcome!

Accessibility information:
The apartment is barrier-free, but not barrier-free according to DIN. Unfortunately, the barrier-free filter is not available in booking portals, which is why we list the holiday property there as barrier-free, because it is still easy to use for many people with mobility problems, especially because of the beautiful location opposite Stryckpark. The approximately 20m short path from the P to the ground floor apartment is paved with grass stones and is at ground level. The shower has an approx. 12cm heel. The balcony door has the usual threshold.

All basic prices are for 2 people and include bed linen (ready-made beds), towels and final cleaning.
- In addition, there is the tourist tax of currently €3 per person. Day from 15 years

Deposit & payment conditions:
A general deposit of €200 is required for this property.
You transfer the deposit together with the remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival - and it will be transferred back to you within seven working days after departure.

Payment terms:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Final payment up to 14 days before arrival
- For short-term bookings <21 days in advance, everything must be transferred immediately within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Cash payment on site is not possible!
