Quiet location with 2 residential units, great views over the town, the castle to the sea from almost all rooms, up to 12 people, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, many terraces, 7 air conditioning/heating units, INCLUSIVE PRICE: WLAN, SAT-TV, water, gas, washing machine, incl. electricity also for air conditioning, sauna, pool heating bookable extra, surcharge per week. (November to March not bookable).

UPPER APARTMENT: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with whirlpool bath + WC, 1 bathroom with shower and WC, dining table inside for a maximum of 8 people. The main kitchen is on the upper living level with fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, dishwasher. Sea view from almost all rooms. Barbeque on the upper terrace. POOL LEVEL: THIS APARTMENT WAS BUILT WITH A LOT OF EXPANSION AS A ‘CAVE APARTMENT’ IN THE ROCKS, 3 bedrooms for 6 people, 2 bathrooms each with shower and WC. ONLY FOR BOOKINGS OF 11 OR 12 PERSONS, THE 3RD BEDROOM WILL BE OPENED ON THE POOL LEVEL! Living room with small kitchenette: Fridge-freezer combination, electric hob, oven. Air conditioning (cooling, drying, heating) available in the bedrooms. Fly screens in almost all bedrooms. Can be heated in winter: 6 air conditioning/heating units, upper living level also with closed wood-burning fireplace. 2 car parking spaces, additional parking on the street

Denia: View over the illuminated town and castle. 100 km from Valencia airport and Alicante airport, Denia has 2 large marinas and many good restaurants (free parking), beautiful old town, good shopping facilities, supermarkets from 1500 metres away (Mercadona, Carrefour, Aldi, Lidl, Consum, Masymas), 17 km long sandy beach, partly with dunes. Blue flag beaches. Many hiking opportunities on the Montgo and in the mountainous hinterland.
Due to the property's location, a car is recommended/necessary to arrive to the property.
