This spacious two-bedroom apartment is designed for your comfort and relaxation. The open-concept living area is bathed in natural light and features tasteful furnishings, including a comfortable sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals with ease, and the dining area offers a perfect spot to enjoy them while gazing at the sea.

Master Bedroom: Wake up to the ocean views from your king-size bed and enjoy the convenience of an en-suite bathroom.

We had a great stay and loved the location! The condo was well appointed. Gianrico was very responsive to questions. We love the Caymans and have always stayed at the retreat, but this condo has been the best one we’ve rented in our 4 trips there.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The property is very well maintained, spacious, and comfortable. We had great communication with the host, and everything we needed was provided. But the best part is the location, which can’t be beat. The unit offers more than 180 degrees of ocean views and you're just a few steps from the sand. Felt like we had our own private beach. You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing place to stay a perfect accommodation perfect host super clean. The area was just amazing. Two step from the beach snorkel rump point all the beach club around there are recommended a perfect day. Perfect vacation. Perfect perfect place to go.

Everything about this unit was amazing. We brought a cooler beach bag and didn’t even need to, because we could just get up and walk into our unit for a fresh beverage when we needed to. Beautiful sunsets, great snorkeling, a short walk to the Rum Point Club for drinks or meals…Heaven! Thanks for a wonderful week that we hope to have again someday!

We think Rum Point is the best place on the island. The Retreat is the best place to stay on Rum Point. And this unit is the best unit at the Retreat. Panoramic water view out on the point. Steps to private beach that provides world class snorkeling. Everything was perfect. Love the gym and pool. Thanks!!!

Wonderful apartment

What a view! Such an amazing stay at Rum Point. Rico quickly got back with me as soon as Hurricane Beryl passed the Cayman Islands to say the apartment was untouched. The apartment was fully stocked. It had beach towels and snorkel equipment as well. So pleased with our stay. Thank you Rico. Hopefully we will return.

We had a great stay. Myself and kids ages 5-16. Ocean front location was unbeatable. We went in and out swimming and snorkeling all day. The accessibility of and beauty of the beach right out the door was fantastic. Our 11 and 16 yr old snorkeled independently right out front and out into the sound. They also fished from shore. There were many birds, hermit crabs, and a few iguanas to study and enjoy. We loved the Rum Point club next door for snack, drinks and shopping. We also enjoyed watching the boats come and go from the dock. We came in October and it was so quiet we had the beach to ourselves every day. Our host and the local staff were super helpful and easy to communicate with. The pool was clean and comfortable so we used it a lot. Nice to have chairs and shade there if needed. There were mosquitos if we were away from the sand so we brought and used insect repellant. Loved the outdoor shower right behind the unit to rinse off after beach time. Can’t say enough about the screen porch on the beach. We cooked in the kitchen for almost all our meals and had everything we needed. There is a great supply of sand toys, snorkel gear, and a few floaties. We also used two roll away beds provided so the kids did not have to share beds which were very comfortable. It was so beautiful and fun in a slow easy way. We all enjoyed the scooters for rent nearby and toured around the general area. We all agreed this unit was the best of all possible options for a great stay.
