This bright, newly renovated, and very quiet holiday apartment is located in one of Ilmenau’s most beautiful areas, at the foot of the Lindenberg and within walking distance of the Old Town.

The 80 m² apartment can accommodate 4 people. It features a shower/toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining area with a sleeper sofa (1.80 × 2 m), and a bedroom (1.80 × 2 m) with access to the garden and the south-facing terrace (for exclusive use).

A cot is available, as well as a high chair, potty, and toilet seat if needed.

The accommodation
For rainy days, toys, board games, books, and a Wii console are available for our guests. Toddlers can use the playground in the garden.

Barbecues on the terrace are permitted by arrangement.

High-speed Wi-Fi is, of course, available and free of charge.
