Alles war topp.Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Appartement sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgerüstet.Ein schöner Blick über die Warnow und ein guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge. Ob mit Auto oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Lage ist gut um alles zu erreichen. Gleichzeitig ist ist die Umgebung ruhig und lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen ein.

Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf die Warnow

Wir sind zum wiederholten Mal (letztes Mal Herbst, dieses Mal Frühling) in der Wohnung und haben uns wieder sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Im Sommer ist es sicherlich recht heiß im Wohn-/Esszimmer/Küchenraum, da die Mittagssonne direkt auf der großen Fensterfront steht und keine Verdunklung da ist, aber in Herbst und Frühling ging es.Zwei Supermärkte, eine Bäckerei/Café, Fähre rüber in die Innenstadt Rostocks und Bushaltestelle in Laufnähe. Die Abwicklung war problemlos und die Betreuung freundlich.

Top Lage direkt an der Warnow. Mit dem Auto kommt man überall schnell hin. Die Fähre für Fußgänger und Radfahrer ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. WLAN, TV, Küchenausstattung alles vorhanden. Sehr nette Vermieter. Eigener Eingang. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen.

Wie bereits in den vorherigen Bewertungen kann auch ich nur gutes berichten! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Leider war es im Wohnraum nachmittags sehr warm, was aufgrund der Fensterfront nicht anders geht, hier wäre vielleicht ein Ventilator ein super Gadget für zukünftige Gäste 😁 Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte persönlich, die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett - eigentlich alle in dem Haus wohnende Personen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Hafenpromenade war unsere tägliche Gassirunde früh und Abends und ist wirklich sehr schön und idyllisch ( und das gleich um die Ecke)
