Es wäre hilfreich gewesen, wenn darauf hingewiesen würde, dass es sich um eine fast fensterlose klamme Kellerwohnung mit niedrigen Deckenhöhen handelt. Zwar recht zweckdienlich eingerichtet, aber eben feucht und dunkel mit Schimmel im Schlafzimmer. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nicht gerade umfassend oder zeitnah.
