Two Bedroom Guesthouse near many attractions pet friendly with private deck

Keep it simple at this peaceful, centrally located retreat. It’s a haven for bird lovers, close to major routes and the gateway to the Mohawk Trail. Mt. Wachusett is just a 15‑minute drive for skiing and hiking, and there are plenty of lakes and fishing spots nearby. Restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, and a theater are about a mile away. You’re also close to urgent care and Walmart, yet tucked away on a quiet street.

The space
Set on nearly two acres you will have the upstairs apartment to yourself with your own private entrance, we reside downstairs. It includes 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds and a dedicated workspace, plus a full bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner and bodywash, hand soap, towels and blow dryer. If you forget something just ask we probably have it.
The family room offers a dining table, comfortable couch and a TV. The adjacent kitchenette includes a dispenser for hot water, chilled water and keurig-style coffee maker with assorted k-cups and tea bags, a small fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, popcorn maker and food prep space. We provide glassware, wine glasses, utensils & plates. While the kitchenette doesn't have a sink we provide a small tub and dish rack to so you can wash dishes in the bathroom sink or leave it for us to take care of. Disposable options are also available for convenience.

Enjoy full access to your own private deck, complete with a table and chairs for relaxing outdoors.
You’re welcome to wander the property and explore the flower gardens, and in season you can pick fresh blackberries, grapes, and tomatoes from our chemical‑free gardens.
Settle into the porch swing and watch the world go by, or let us set up a fire for you at the firepit—s’mores kits are available for an additional cost.
Parking is free in our driveway, with space for two cars.
