Wir haben eine Woche in dieser FeWo verbracht um den Harz zu erkunden. Die Wohnung liegt an einem Waldgebiet in einer ehemaligen Hotelanlage. Fahrstühle in den 3 Türmen vorhanden! Uns hat es in dieser FeWo an NICHTS gefehlt! Kleine und feine Wohnung für einen entspannten Urlaub. Großes Bett im Schlafzimmer + TV im Schrank, gut eingerichtete Küche, wo alles vorhanden ist! Couch im WZ etwas fleckig, könnte ausgetauscht werden. Hat aber unsere Laune in keinster Weise vermiest! Haustiere sind hier willkommen, großes + !!!!!! Schwimmbad wurde leider nicht ausprobiert, da gesundheitlich angeschlagen(Bänderriss im Sprunggelenk). Wir würden diese FeWo wieder mieten und gerne wieder kommen. Auch zu den Eigentümern, sehr netter Kontakt. Danke für eine schöne Woche im Harz!!!!!!! Grüße Fam. EXNER aus Berlin

Wir waren total positiv von der kleinen aber sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung überrascht. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden. Lediglich die Couch könnte ausgetauscht oder zumindest gründlich gereinigt werden. Wir haben selten eine so gut ausgestattete Küche in einer Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Das Objekt liegt ruhig und dennoch ist man zügig zu Fuß in der Fußgängerzone mit Restaurants. Das Schwimmbad im Objekt ist saniert. Eine Sauna gibt es auch, die wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben, dafür die Tischtennisplatte und den Tischkicker. Damit wurde auch ein Regentag zu einem schönen Urlaubstag.

Die Wohnung war perfekt auf uns zu geschnitten. Es war alles vorhanden was für 1 Woche Auszeit benötigt wurde.Das Schwimmbad wurde tgl. genutzt. Immer gerne wieder. Das Bett war klasse, wie daheim.
