july in sesmarias

property layout is a little quirky and 1 bedroom needs aircon to be comfortable. Rear paving and outdoor furniture needed cleaning before use unfortunately construction work in the adjacent field was noisy between 7am and 7pm every week day! maid service and pool cleanliness were good. David the maintenance contact was very helpful with a few minor items and contact with the host was good at all times. Location is ideal for a relaxing stay if the construction work is completed

Dear Peter, thank you for your comment. Aplogies for the noise. As you know we live in the neighbourhood and we all were surprised when the winery next to our Villas started to prepare the grounds for a new wineyard last week. It is not construction work as such and the work is finished now. Again we are very sorry and would like to offer you a 10 % discount on a future booking of this Villa. All my best wishes for you and the family. Stefanie
