Die Wohnung Nr. 3 im Speicherhaus auf Wangerooge ist nicht zu empfehlen! (Stand: Mai 2025)

Bei Ankunft im Vermittlungsbüro der WFV erhielten wir nur einen Wohnungsschlüssel. Man sagte uns, dass man nicht weiß, wo sich der Zweite befindet. Sehr vertrauenserweckend. Der Balkon der Wohnung wurde in der Beschreibung der WFV als Süd Balkon mit einem Foto beschrieben, auf dem man in den Balkon Möbeln die Sonne genießen könne. Leider gab es keine Balkon Möbel und der Balkon befand sich in Ost Ausrichtung. Klare Irreführung des Gastes. Reklamationen/ erbetene Hilfestellung vor Ort stießen bei den Mitarbeitern der WFV auf taube Ohren, mehr noch, sie zeigten sich generft nachdem ich drei Tage hintereinander um eine Lösung bat. Sie waren überfordert und offensichtlich nicht in der Lage einfache Abläufe zu bewerkstelligen. Ein Beschwerdeschreiben wurde nach dem Urlaub an die Geschäftsleitung nach Wuppertal gesandt. Fazit: Solange diese Mitarbeiter in dem WFV Büro auf Wangerooge arbeiten, werde ich keine Buchung bei der WFV Wangerooge mehr tätigen. Die Wohnung ist nicht mehr zeitgmäß und hält keinen ausreichenden Stauraum für Kleidung und Koffer bereit. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Zentrumsnähe. 10 Min. zum Strand . Lebensmittelläden in der Nähe . Pferdehof gegenüber. Sehr ruhige Lage . Zu dritt ein wenig klein !
