Small, rustic terraced house "Silvia". In the hamlet Albo 3.5 km from the centre of Mergozzo, 4 km from the lake, 300 m from the river. Motor access to 10 m from the house. Public parking 100 m. Grocery 3.5 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bar 100 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Mergozzo" 3.5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Mergozzo 4 km, Maggiore 10 km, Orta 14 km. Hiking paths: Vercio, Monte Faiè. Please note: car recommended.
2-room terraced house 50 m2 on 3 levels. Practical and cosy furnishings: shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: living/dining room with TV. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, kettle, electric coffee machine). 2nd upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 open double bedroom with sloping ceilings. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer.
