The gorgeous “Baltic Sunrise” holiday rental boasts a well-designed 76 square metres of space right on the California-style Baltic Sea coast.<br><br>Up to 4 people plus a baby can make their Baltic Sea holiday dreams come true here. Two dogs are also warmly welcome.<br><br>In addition to the spacious living-dining area with access to the terrace, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a serving hatch to the living area. Two bedrooms ensure restful nights—one with a double bed and one with twin beds. The bright bathroom features a spacious, low-entry shower and a heated towel rack.<br><br>For a cosy atmosphere, especially during the cold season, there’s an electric fireplace with a simulated fire effect located under the TV across from the couch.<br><br>The adjoining terrace, along with an 80-square-meter fenced-in garden, invites you to breathe in the Baltic Sea air and sit outside. It’s a wonderful place to relax and unwind while listening to the sound of the sea. Der Garten ist ideal für Hunde . Gerne würden wir wieder kommen. Danke an Katja und Heide Paustian die das möglich gemacht haben und uns auch gut betreut haben.

Da meine Tochter eine Woche krank war und wir manche Entdeckung in der Umgebung nicht machen konnten würden wir uns freuen wenn ihr uns noch einmal aufnehmt.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, alles war sauber, ordentlich und in einem guten Zustand. Auch der Service war super - bei Fragen und Problemen ward ihr sofort zur Stelle. Hallo liebe Frau Paustian, Wir können nur Gutes berichten. Es war Alles toll organisiert, und unsere Ferienwohnung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Lage 1a, Einrichtung komfortabel (es fehlte an nichts) und die Betreuung sehr nett und zuverlässig. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.
