About this property

Chapala's Premier Lakefront Estate

Casa Grande is our family's home on Lake Chapala's most prestigious lakefront — a private 5,000 m² estate we've opened to host yours. Seven en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 22, so three generations can gather comfortably under one roof.

Swim in the heated pool year-round, unwind in the jacuzzi, and watch the sun set over the lake from the palapa lounge. There's a game room with billiards, ping pong and foosball, two kayaks at the water's edge, a gas grill, and gardens full of royal palms across the grounds.

A dedicated, English-speaking staff is included — a housekeeper, a cook, and two groundskeepers care for you throughout your stay. The estate is gated and fully enclosed, pet friendly, 5 minutes from Walmart and a medical clinic, and 40 minutes from Guadalajara's airport.

This is where our family made its best memories. We'd love for yours to do the same.
