Welcome to the "Treffert 21" apartment, which has been lovingly furnished by its owner.
This beautiful 2-room apartment in Niendorf on the Baltic Sea is 46 m² in size, located on the ground floor, and can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child.

The living area is furnished with a sofa set, a TV, and a cosy dining area. From here, you can step out onto the beautiful south-facing balcony. A travel cot is provided free of charge.

In the open-concept kitchen, you’ll find a coffee maker, a ceramic cooktop,
a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, and much more.

The separate bedroom features a cosy double bed (160x200 cm) with storage space and a closet. Blackout curtains are available in both rooms.

The shower room features a shower, a lighted mirror cabinet, and a hair dryer. The underfloor heating in every room makes your stay perfect.

You can reach the beach in just a few steps via the private beach access. You can’t get any closer than this!
From here, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of Lübeck Bay!

Miramar Apartment Complex Right on the Beach: The well-maintained Miramar holiday complex in Niendorf offers apartments for 2–4 people with a terrace or balcony ranging in size from 36–45 m², located on a quiet private street with direct beach access.

Located on the Baltic Sea, you’ll find the large outdoor pool, which is open from May 15 to September 15.
There is also a small changing room here with a spin dryer for your swimwear.
From the pool and the terrace, you can enjoy the wonderful view across Lübeck Bay.

In the basement, you can play table tennis.

There is an outdoor parking area for your bicycles. Alternatively, there’s also a bike rental shop just a 5-minute walk away.
Of course, a parking space is also available for your car.

You can get fresh bread rolls within a 3–5-minute walk, as well as other shopping options and the town centre.
The small but lovely seawater swimming pool is also located right next to the apartment complex.

The idyllic harbour of Niendorf is just 1,600 metres away, where you can buy freshly caught fish for your meals.

A beautiful hike towards Travemünde along the Brodten cliffs—which remain virtually untouched—is well worth the effort in any season, offering sweeping views of Lübeck Bay.
From April through August, sand martins nest in the cliffs.
