Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave used towels beside the washer in the downstairs bathroom. Leave used beds unmade. Bag and place all trash it in the outdoor container at the end of the driveway by the curb.
Return furniture, remotes, and household items to their original places. Secure the hot tub cover and confirm the fire pit is fully extinguished.
Close and lock windows. Set cooling to 76 F or heating to 68 F. Check drawers, outlets, closets, and bathrooms for personal items. Lock the door and return keys or follow the access instructions.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
