Comfortable dream house + 150m to the beach + south terrace + beach chair + dogs welcome

Our tastefully and comfortably furnished holiday home is located off the road. It is only 150m to the beach entrance 7. In a few minutes you can walk on the dike to the pier or into the center. There are 2 parking spaces available. On the ground floor there is 1 bathroom with shower / toilet, enough space for the wardrobe and the bright living-dining area with a comfortable couch, real wood furniture, flat-screen TV, stereo, high-quality country kitchen and a large dining table for 8 people. From there you get to the south terrace. You can enjoy the sun in the sheltered beach chair or have a barbecue. A dense laurel hedge protects you from prying eyes. Your dog can move freely in the fenced garden. On the 1st floor is the 2nd Bathroom with shower / toilet and 2 large, spacious bedrooms, each with 1 double bed and 1 baby or Infants bed. In the pointed floor it is the 3rd Bedroom with 1 sofa bed for 2 people and 1 single bed as well as TV + radio / CD.

Please note that final cleaning (€ 80 without pet and + € 20 / pet) is added to the price shown for the house.

Very suitable for 2 families: The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms make our house very suitable for 2 families or friends who take grandma and grandpa with them on vacation.

Beach sections: In high season (May 1st - September 30th) your dog can go to the beach at 3 and 15. In the low season (1. 10. - 30. 4.) he can walk along the entire beach.

If you like it active, there is a sports beach at beach steps 6 and 16. Windsurfing courses, diving courses, kite courses and catamaran courses start there several times a week in the season from May to September.

For all nudist fans, the beach sections 6 and 14 or even better 3 to 1 and beyond.

Incidentally, the Baltic Sea resort of Zingst was presented at the international tourism fair in Berlin on 12 March 2010 recognized as the world's most popular holiday resort.

Schöner Erholsamer Urlaub

Unser Urlaub in dem Haus war einfach schön. Die Lage ist top! Man ist in 5 Min. zu Fuß am Strand, in 10 Min. am Edeka und in 10 Min. zu Fuß auch am Bodden und der Fußgänger/Einkaufsstraße. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Genug Geschirr, Spüli, Lappen, der Esstisch ist groß genug um bequem zu sechst daran zu Essen. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind perfekt zum abschalten, da man abseits von der Straße und sonstigem Rummel ist. Alles in allem haben wir uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und sind bestimmt nicht das letzte mal hier.

Ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und in absoluter Top Lage. Zentrum und Geschäfte waren leicht erreichbar. Nur wenige Minuten zum wunderschönen Strand. Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien.

Von allen bisher gemieteten Häusern hatte dieses die umfangreichste Ausstattung. Es hat nichts gefehlt und alles war in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Häufig ist das Geschirr genau abgezählt. Das Haus liegt sehr strandnah und auch das Zentrum ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten. aufgeteilt

Entspannter Urlaub

Das Objekt liegt wunderschön in Strandnähe. Kinderfreundlich in einer Seitenstraße und der große Spielplatz ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Für einen Familienurlaub mit mehreren Generationen ist dieses Objekt sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne entspannte Zeit.

Kurze Reise nach Zingst

Wir haben mit der Familie einen 4 Tagestripp gebucht. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man für eine Selbstversorgung braucht. Allerdings sollte man wissen, dass die Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht im Preis enthalten sind. Die vorherige Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Frau Fischer, sollte man lobenswert erwähnen.

Gelungenes Familientreffen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen.Das Haus, insbesondere die Küche, ist sehr großzügig ausgestattet, viel Geschirr, Besteck und Küchengeräte.Der Strand ist sehr nah, auch für Kleinkinder gut zu erreichen, ebenso der Spielplatz mit Spielgeräten für verschiedene Altersstufen.Wir haben unsere Bettwäsche und die Handtücher selbst mitgebracht, weil uns der Preis sehr hoch erschien.Bei einer Anreise mit der Bahn wäre das aber keine Option.Bei früheren Buchungen über Fe-Wo- direkt war die Wäsche immer inklusive.

Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen

Wir waren über Weihnachten vor Ort. Außer das stürmische Wetter war der Aufenthalt perfekt. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht (z.Bsp. gepflegtes Mobiliar, ausreichend Platz, genügend Geschirr & Besteck, diverse Spiele und vieles mehr...). Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief unkompliziert und sehr informativ. Alles absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

strandnah! Super für Familien mit kleinen Kindern!

Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Das Dachzimmer ist für 3 größere Kinder eher eng bemessen, für Kinder im Grundschulalter und kleinere Kinder ist das Haus perfekt. Danke für die Hundefreundlichkeit! Die Lage des Hauses ist in einer sehr dicht bebauten Gegend, direkt an einer Eltern-Kind-Klinik und zwischen weiteren Ferienhäusern, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Uns hat vor allem die Strandnähe zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit begeistert!

Super Lage, kleines Häuschen mit Schwächen

Das Haus soll für sieben Erwachsene geeignet sein, was es definitiv nicht ist. Es ist in einem guten Zustand, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aus der Dusche im ersten OG. kommt nur aus jedem dritten Loch Wasser, der Ofen war ziemlich schmutzig und das Wäschepaket (welches man teuer dazu mieten konnte), umfasste nicht einmal Geschirrhandtücher. Die Hygiene-Maßnahmen wurden in dem Sinne umgesetzt, dass die desinfizierten Oberflächen (vor allem die Treppengeländer) klebten. Insgesamt ist das Haus in Ordnung, allerdings im Verhältnis zu teuer.
